All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are shown on each tour's listing page. Pricing varies by tour and booking type:

  • Individual pricing is shown as the per-person rate for solo bookings.
  • Group pricing offers a discounted per-person rate and is displayed alongside the individual rate.

All applicable taxes and fees are included in the displayed price. There are no hidden charges.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

The charge on your statement will appear as Scavy Tours or SCAVYTOURS.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Since all our products are digital experiences, there is no physical shipping. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased tour quest through the Scavy Tours web application. A confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before Starting a Tour: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet started the tour (i.e., no checkpoints have been visited).
  • After Starting a Tour: Once you have begun a tour by visiting at least one checkpoint, refunds are not available, as the digital content has been accessed and consumed.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from completing your tour, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
