User Agreement

By using Scavy Tours, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. The Service provides AI-powered virtual tour guide experiences, gamified location-based challenges, and personalized travel recommendations throughout Japan.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' enjoyment, submitting fraudulent payment information, manipulating the XP/points system, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

Payment Terms: Tour bookings are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed per person. Cancellation and refund policies apply as stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

AI Assistant: The Virtual Front Desk AI provides information and recommendations but does not guarantee accuracy of all details. Recommendations should be verified independently for critical decisions. The AI does not provide professional travel, legal, or medical advice.

Intellectual Property: All content, branding, tour data, and software within the Service are the property of Scavy Tours. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Termination may result in forfeiture of XP, points, and booking credits.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in tour quests involves visiting real-world locations. You acknowledge that traveling to and exploring these locations carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and exposure to weather conditions.

No Physical Guide: Scavy Tours is a digital service. We do not provide physical tour guides or in-person escorts. You are solely responsible for your safety and well-being while following tour routes and visiting checkpoints.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scavy Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scavy Tours, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Local Laws: You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations while participating in tour quests. This includes respecting private property, cultural sites, and local customs.
